Privacy notice
This notice covers every site in the table below. Where a site does something different, that difference is named here rather than hidden in a separate document.
Drafted, pending review. These documents are drafted and are awaiting sign off. They replace the previous legal centre, which named three of our domains and left the rest uncovered, and they replace the pages on individual sites that reproduced another organisation's policy. Until sign off is recorded here, treat them as the intended position rather than the settled one.

Who is responsible for your data
Each site listed in the table above is operated by the entity named beside it, and that entity is the controller of the personal data collected through it. Where a request touches more than one of our sites, send it once and we will route it.
What we collect
- Information you give us
- Your name, email address, telephone number, organisation and anything else you type into a form or send us in a message. On the licensing sites this includes the territory you are asking about.
- Information collected automatically
- Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the site that referred you. This is standard server logging and we cannot serve a page without it.
- Information we do not collect
- We do not ask for and do not want health information, government identifiers, or payment card numbers. Card payments, where they happen, are handled by a payment processor and the card number does not reach us.
Why we use it
- To answer you when you contact us. Without your address we cannot reply.
- To provide a service you have asked for, such as a licensing quote or a territory reservation.
- To keep the sites working, secure and free of abuse, including rate limiting that counts requests by address.
- To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate, so we can write better ones.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use service providers who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions, which today means our website hosting, our database hosting, our email delivery and our payment processing. We will disclose data where the law requires it, and we will tell you when we are permitted to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Licensing records are kept for the life of the licence and for the period our tax and contract obligations require. Server logs are kept for a short operational window. If you ask us to delete something and we are not required to keep it, we delete it.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area you also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, to receive your data in a portable form, and to complain to your supervisory authority. California residents have additional rights set out in a separate notice.
How to make a request
Email hello@shahzadandrainer.com with the site and the request. We will acknowledge within seven days and answer within thirty, or tell you why we need longer. We may need to verify who you are before we hand over data, and we will ask for the minimum needed to do that.
International transfers
The partnership operates from the United States and from Pakistan, and our service providers are principally in the United States. If you contact us from outside those places, your data will be transferred there. We rely on the standard contractual protections our providers offer for those transfers.
Children
Our sites are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under thirteen. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes to this notice
When this changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Where a change materially affects what we do with data we already hold, we will say so on the page rather than only in the file.
