Ten hours apart, and the habits that make it survivable.

New Hampshire and Multan are ten hours apart. Almost everything below is a consequence of that one fact rather than a philosophy anybody chose.

This page exists because it is the honest answer to what is it like to work with you, which is asked in every first call.

Write it down or it did not happen
With a few hours of overlap a day, a decision that lives in somebody's memory is a decision the other half of the group does not have. Everything that matters is written, including the reasoning, so the next person does not have to guess why.

Ship the smallest honest version
A page that admits a business is small is a finished page. A page waiting for the business to grow never ships. We publish the honest small version and improve it in the open.

Check it before the reader does
Every page is verified twice before it goes out: once against the markup rules, then rendered in a real browser at five sizes under the production security policy. Then the live site is audited again after deployment.

Answer, including when the answer is no
Partnership, affiliate and career enquiries get a real reply from a partner. A no that arrives is worth more than a maybe that never does.

What runs the group

The sites: Built from one Python kit, checked by the same gates, deployed as static files. No content management system to be locked out of.
The intake: Every enquiry across the estate lands in one place, tagged with which site, which page and which channel brought it, so nothing is sorted by hand.
The work: WorkBOS, which is also one of the ventures. The group runs on the thing it sells, which is the only product test that means anything.

Partnerships, referrals and open applications all reach the same two people.
