The initiatives
A searchable directory of crisis lines, helplines and chat services, so that somebody who needs help can find the right number quickly. Offered free to nonprofit organisations and to schools.
A resource built with critical care doctors, former patients and healthcare professionals, explaining Post Intensive Care Syndrome to the survivors and families who live with it.
Volunteer powered nonprofit work. It is the entity named in the legal centre for three of the initiative sites, and it builds free technology for people who need help finding help.
Education and advocacy for former intensive care patients living with Post Intensive Care Syndrome, bridging the gap between discharge and recovery.
Interactive guides for the families of intensive care patients, written to reduce overwhelm at the point where families understand least and are asked to decide most.
A petition movement building the numbers needed to influence international conversations about ending mass tobacco production.

On the numbers. We publish figures only when our own sites agree on them. The size of the hotline directory is currently stated four different ways across our properties, so no number appears on this page until we have reconciled it and can stand behind one. We would rather say nothing than say something we cannot support.
