The health pages and the crisis line directory need saying clearly, so they are said clearly here rather than buried in the terms.
Drafted, pending review. These documents are drafted and are awaiting sign off. They replace the previous legal centre, which named three of our domains and left the rest uncovered, and they replace the pages on individual sites that reproduced another organisation's policy. Until sign off is recorded here, treat them as the intended position rather than the settled one.

The content on our sites is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate and current, and we do not warrant that it is either. Where a page carries a date, read it as accurate as at that date and not afterwards.
This is not medical advice
Several of our initiatives publish health information, particularly about intensive care and Post Intensive Care Syndrome. It is written to help patients and families understand what is happening to them. It is education, not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a conversation with a clinician who knows your case. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read on one of our sites.
This is not legal advice
One of the partners is an attorney. Nothing published on any of our sites is legal advice, no attorney client relationship is created by reading it or by contacting us through a website form, and you should not send confidential information through a web form on that assumption.
The crisis line directory
The Hotline Directory lists services operated by other organisations. We verify entries before publishing them and we re verify on a schedule, but services change their numbers, their hours and their coverage without telling us. A listing is not an endorsement, and it is not a promise that the service will answer or that it is right for your situation.
If this is an emergency, do not use a directory. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call 911 if somebody is in immediate danger. If you find a listing of ours that is wrong, tell us and we will treat it ahead of everything else in our queue.
Third party content and links
Where we reproduce or link to material from other organisations, it remains theirs and we do not adopt it. A link is not an endorsement.
Testimonials and results
Where we publish a client comment or a result, it describes that client's experience. It is not a prediction of what will happen for you. We do not publish a testimonial we cannot trace back to the person who gave it.
Forward looking statements
Where we describe what we intend to build, that is an intention, not a commitment, and plans change.
