This is a small partnership, not a funded startup. Paid roles appear when a venture can carry them, which is why there is no listing today rather than a listing that never closes.
The nonprofit roles are genuinely unpaid, and the group says so on its own site: no paid staff and no paid executives. They are real work and they are credited, but nobody should apply expecting otherwise.
